Cancellation Policy
It's important to carefully review and understand the cancellation policy before scheduling a pet transport with a company like Pets Paws & Pal's. The policy states that a 50% deposit is required in order to schedule the transport, which will be returned in full (minus processing fees) if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the transport. This is a reasonable policy, as it allows the company to reserve space for your pet and make necessary arrangements, while also giving you time to cancel without penalty if plans change.

However, if you cancel or reschedule within the 14 day grace period, you will be charged 20% of the total price and refunded the remainder. This policy is in place to cover the expenses incurred by the company in preparing for your pet's transport, as they may have already made arrangements with drivers, airlines, or other services. It's important to keep this policy in mind when scheduling a transport and to make sure you're committed to the dates before placing the deposit. If you have any questions or concerns about the cancellation policy, it's recommended to contact the company directly for clarification. Any Cancellation within 48 hours of the trip the entire deposit is forfeited.

Pets Paws & Pal’s, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Pets Paws & Pal’s, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to the client. Pets Paws & Pal’s and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.
Guarantees
Pets Paws & Pal’s shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services which meet generally the acceptable standards set forth by the Humane Society. Pets Paws & Pal’s will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by service providers similar to Pets Paws & Pals.
